Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

All orders from Toziel's Wonderhouse are final. However, we understand and empathize with some of the possible mishaps of having your product shipped to you.

Exchanges, Returns:

We are a small, family owned business. We are not currently offering exchanges or refunds if the delivered product is accurate according to your order and arrives in an acceptable condition.

Damaged Products:

If the contents of your order arrives damaged, we would love to hear from you. Should this happen, please contact us and provide the following information:

1. Your name

2. Your order number

3. A photograph of the damaged product

4. A photograph of the damaged  shipping packaging.

Upon receiving these, we will determine refund eligibility and investigate with the delivery agent in question.

Late delivery:

As advised per all shipping agents, the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented shipping delays across all carriers. While every effort is made to honor a given delivery date, we cannot be held liable for a late arrival.

Duties, Tariffs, Fees (Outside of the United States):

Due to the staggering and abundant fees that may or may not encompass international receipt in an individual country, we cannot be held liable for any fee unless we explicitly state so. If accepting an order outside of the United States, you agree that you may be held liable for any duty, tariff, tax or additional cost of any variety that relies on the delivery of your product.
